A Fine Dining Affair
BABA LEE
Reimagined an elevated culinary journey inspired by the rich heritage of Peranakan culture.
Peranakan Fine Dining
As twilight settles over the Old Town, BaBa Lee begins to glow from within — a modern fine dining hall tucked gently into the bones of Baba Mansion’s heritage structure.
The ambiance is intimate, yet grand: dimmed lighting dances off polished wooden floors, while hand-painted tiles guide guests into a space where old-world charm meets culinary
artistry.
At BaBa Lee, the Peranakan spirit is not only preserved — it’s plated. The menu is a refined celebration of traditional recipes, reimagined with elegance.
Signature dishes such as Ayam Pongteh (braised chicken with fermented bean paste) and Udang Masak Nenas (prawns in pineapple curry) are layered with depth and heritage.
Even the desserts — think pulut hitam with coconut cream or rose syrup jelly with lychee pearls — feel like whispered secrets from grandmother’s kitchen. Each dining experience here feels like a ritual: slow, intentional, and full of meaning. Whether you’re celebrating a wedding evening or simply savoring a quiet night, BaBa Lee offers more than a meal — it offers memory.
All prices are in Thai Baht and exclusive of 10% service charges and 7% tax.
